Galaxy Digital Holdings Ltd. has acquired Pläne for the repurchase of approximately 10.6 million common shares, representing 10% of the company’s public circulation.

According to the company, whose shares are publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), the Rückkauppläne have received the support of the Board of Directors. The purchase notice will now be forwarded to the TSX.
The purchase program will last for the next year or will end on Friday when the Company reaches the targeted shares. Galaxy Digital has not conducted any Rückkäufe of common shares in the past two months, the company said in the press release.
